After leaving secondary education Ben joined Ensis in 2016 as an apprentice within the Administration team. After completing his apprenticeship Ben became a full time member of the administration team and is currently studying towards a degree level apprenticeship in Businesses Management. Although Ben is involved in all aspects of company administration he takes the lead with the Individual Learning Records and financial reconciliation.
